2. Two-day on-site diagnostic
The same forensic review structure as a Mock Inspection — nothing skipped, nothing softened.
3. Forensic written report
Audits are run and fixed there and then. Stock discrepancies are sorted. Practice that doesn't meet standard is corrected in real time, not noted for a follow-up call.
4. Action plan, in order of priority
If the gap is a missing process - not just a one-off error - the tools to close it permanently are set up on-site, so it doesn't reopen the week after we're gone.
5. Ongoing support, if you want it
You still get the full written picture - what we found, what we fixed, and what's now in place to stop it recurring.
Why fix, not just find?
A grade tells you where you stand. It doesn't close the gap. If you already know there's a specific issue, or you suspect oversight itself has broken down somewhere in the chain, waiting for a written report to act on isn't the priority - getting it fixed is.
That's the difference between this and a Mock Inspection. Same time on-site. Same price. But instead of a grade and a plan, you leave with the issue already corrected and the systems in place to keep it that way.
